I'm a super newbie, just getting into computers. I installed矮人DOS. After booting into DOS, I typed cd c:progra~1\kv2006\kvdos.exe and got the following prompt: invalid directory, that is, invalid directory. When entering the above command in the command line of XP system, I can enter. Also, after typing cd c: the drive letter doesn't change to C: still the original G:. Please friends give me advice. Thanks!

cd is for entering directories, not for running programs. Also, C:ABC and C:\ABC are different. The former is ABC in the default directory of C:, and the latter is ABC in the root directory of C:\. To change the drive letter, just enter the drive letter, no need for CD. The owner should figure out what CD does, which is Change Directory.
