Can't be. You should have deleted the file.
Check if that file is still there.
Or there might be an issue during the conversion process.

The DELETE command does not support the /f /s /q /a extended commands. If you change it to del e:\_desktop.ini
del e:\logo_1.exe
it will succeed!
