Use shortcut.exe or vbs, or use .url instead of .lnk. Just do a little search for the specific method.

How to create a shortcut of a certain software using cmd? Adding to the previous discussion in that post, this time it should be at least the third post regarding creating shortcuts.

There are two methods to create shortcuts with batch processing. One requires using shortcut.exe, and the other calls WMI. I'm a noob, can't write it out.
