Because of the widespread use of English software, Chinese-localizing software has become quite meaningful. This software is a tool that integrates extraction, Chinese localization, building, and more into one, for permanently Chinese-localizing the prompt information in English software (including help information, multi-level menu prompt information, dialog box information, error information, and other prompt information).
Software features:
①Automatically extracts prompt information from English software based on DOS or Windows systems; it can also extract semi-automatically;
②When Chinese-localizing prompt information, the lines to be localized have corresponding reference content, and the editing functions are complete. You can delete irrelevant information lines, and you can also reduce the input length of the localized lines. When building the Chinese-localized software, it is unrelated to the order of the information lines before and after localization; when the localization of a certain line is completed, it automatically localizes later information lines with the same content, to reduce repeated work and improve localization efficiency.
③If the localization work cannot be finished in one go, you can exit midway;
④Automatically builds permanently Chinese-localized software;
⑤Friendly interface, convenient human-computer interaction, and strong fault tolerance. All major functions have progress prompts and result dis plays;
⑥Simple to use, and can satisfy different extraction and localization requirements;
⑦Has online help, and also offline README help;
⑧Runs in the Windows95/98 environment, and is suitable for entering Chinese characters with any Chinese input method.

At this time you can change the installation directory. Click the button in the upper left corner to begin installation.
2. Usage example:
Below, taking the Chinese localization of the PS emulator BLEEM as an example, I will explain how to use this software to Chinese-localize software. Start the software, and the following interface appears:

Click “Extract prompt information...”, and the following picture appears:

Click Browse to select the software you want to Chinese-localize, then confirm, and the following extraction progress bar appears, with detailed percentage prompts. The extraction process will take a relatively long time, and you can use this time to see what parts of the software need to be Chinese-localized.

After extraction is complete, it prompts you whether you want to view the extracted information:

弄花香满衣,掬水月在手。
明月鹭鸟飞, 芦花白马走。
我自一过后,野渡现横舟。
青云碧空在,净瓶水不流。
