My English level is very poor. The day before yesterday, I found a good thing HXRT/HXGUI on站长Wengier's new DOS era website, which can make many Win32 console programs run under pure DOS. But after trying for a whole day, I'm already dizzy and haven't succeeded yet! Please,站长Wengier and all the experts give me some pointers ^_^

Then ask another question:
In batch processing, %RAMDRIVE% can represent the memory drive. What can be used to represent the CD - ROM? |

I also want to know,
When %RAMDRIVE% represents a memory disk, does it need to be defined in advance, and how to define it? |

Why can't I see the RAM drive when I use @echo %RAMDRIVE% here? Strange...

Regarding %RAMDRIVE%: This requires running a program called FINDRAMD first.
Regarding the CD-ROM: Run the FINDCD program first, and it will save its drive letter to %CDROM%, which is very similar to %RAMDRIVE%. Regarding HXRT/HXGUI in HX DOS Extender: First, extract it, then set the path to the BIN directory inside in the PATH (for example, if it is extracted to C:\HX, then the BIN directory path is C:\HX\BIN), and then run the HXLDR32 program. |
