Please ask everyone for guidance. Why use arp 2>arp.txt for redirection, and what is the meaning of parameter 2? What is the reason?

Don't understand heh heh, learning. Maybe it's defined by someone else. He said that if we use 2, we can output, there's no way. If we don't use this 2, he can't output.
