As long as the USB flash drive can boot to DOS, you can use GRUB.exe. Copy this file to the USB flash drive and try to run it in the DOS command line. Note that you need the latest grub.exe, otherwise running grub.exe may fail.

Go search the GRUB materials. This is the GRUB command line, which can't be explained in a few sentences. Also, don't be afraid of the command line. The command line is actually where the power of GRUB lies, and it can help debug various commands.

Surfed the Internet to search for GRUB, visited several forums, but still don't know how to use it on USB. Made a bootable disk in zip format using usboot, created the directory boot\grub, copied the files grub.exe (version 925 should be the latest), stage1, stage2, menu.lst to the grub directory. Restarted the computer, booted from the USB flash drive, the current drive letter is a:.
cd boot\grub
Enter grub
grub> setup(fd0)
Failed to install GRUB. Want to upload screenshots, but can't take screenshots in DOS. 555
