Want to use it but don't understand much English. Is there a user manual? The 2003 version is also okay. I've searched and didn't find it. I don't know who has it here, thank you in advance first

Support Tools and Resource Kit are generally hard to have Chinese versions. Because these are all for developers.

If you can't even adapt to the language barrier, then what's the use of learning these additional tools??? Actually, English help is easier to understand than Chinese help. Take your time to learn!
