There is a partition on the hard disk that is damaged, and it can only be accessed in pure DOS. Now, I want to copy a large number of files in it, including folders and files, to other partitions in DOS. Are there any batch copying tools or commands, etc.? The xcopy command is not supported in pure DOS.

Copy XCOPY into the floppy disk,
I've heard some people say it can be used under pure DOS, but I haven't tried it. If it doesn't work, I can only copy it in! Or put it on the CD!

I don't use commands like Xcopy much (I'm really a noob -_-!). In this case, I usually load smartdrv first, then start the VC file manager, open a dual-window view, one for the damaged partition and one for the partition to copy to. Then I right-click the directories and files to copy with the mouse, and finally press F5 and then Enter, and it's done!

In pure DOS, there is xcopy, but you need to have xcopy.exe.

Pure DOS definitely supports the xcopy command... Try xcopy32
