I made a simple pure DOS boot myself. The files are command.com, config.sys, io.sys, msdos.sys, himem, 5 files. I want it to support Chinese display and Chinese input. Which files should be loaded and how to load them.

You made a bootable floppy disk or a floppy disk image, right? I usually use Tianhui Chinese 3.2 Pocket Edition, and I feel that its compatibility in various aspects is relatively good. It's in the forum's boot disk. After you download it, you can extract it using WinImage in Windows or FDC\HD-COPY under DOS.

Tianhui can use the locational code to input Chinese characters when the input method is not loaded, and can use pinyin and Wubi (Wubi method) to input Chinese characters when the input method is loaded!
