This is the broad and profound nature of our Chinese culture. It can't be developed without thousands of years of historical development.

Chinese is like the C language, highly flexible;
English is like Basic, a half-finished product, rigid and dull;
Chinese can construct everything from the foundation;
As long as you can think of it, you can express it;
While English is a fixed configuration;
It cannot well meet the needs of personality expression;
The smallest unit of Chinese is a character, and the smallest unit of English is a word;
Two Chinese characters can form a word, while an English word is just a word;
For example, "car," "train," "bicycle" all have the character "车" (car).
Thus, it captures both commonality and individuality;
Adding individuality on top of commonality is a new concept;
And the combinability is very strong;
But English words like "bus," "car," "bike" have no commonality at all;
Therefore, Chinese people only need to know a few thousand characters to express the world;
While English, because it doesn't grasp the relationship between commonality and individuality;
Each thing has to make a word;
Describing the world requires a huge vocabulary;
Very stupid;
And that's the fact;
Smart people generally don't learn English well, while the bookworms who memorize by rote have all gone abroad;
Chinese has no tense;
Only words indicating time;
Therefore, there's no need to change verbs all the time;
As long as you combine the action with a few words indicating time;
You can clearly express the action in time;
But in English, to indicate time, you have to change all the verbs' forms;
There are thousands of these verbs;
There are words indicating time, right?
Why do you still have to change verbs?
Still stupid;

English can only be written horizontally, not vertically;
Writing vertically is crazy;
But Chinese doesn't have this problem;
Chinese used to be written vertically;

Chinese can be written from right to left;
There's no difficulty in reading;
But English words are phonetic, so they can only be read from left to right;
If you write English sentences from right to left;
Readers will definitely feel like they took ecstasy;
Dizzy to death after 30 minutes;

English uses spaces as separators;
It doesn't express any meaning itself;
But takes up a space;
Wasting page space;
Wasting bits, which is unforgivable;
But Chinese doesn't have this problem;
No spaces are needed between Chinese characters;
One character won't be confused with the next;
This is the advantage of Chinese characters;

Chinese characters are square, and English is rectangular;
Therefore, Chinese characters can be written more flat or longer;
It won't be out of proportion;
But if English is written square, it's very ugly;
And because some words are long and some are short, writing all in square;
You don't know how many lines they take up;
And because English is long;
English books are generally very long;
Wasting paper, not environmentally friendly;
The words in this line can't be aligned with the words in the previous line;
It looks messy;

Chinese characters are free to write;
You can write strokes in reverse;
But English can't, English must be written in order;
If you write strokes in reverse;
It will be a mess;

English words are long and short;
Line breaking is a problem;
If you use a hyphen;
A word split into two lines is hard to read;
If the whole word is moved to the next line;
Alignment is very difficult;

Chinese characters have a very large information content;
For example, the character "道" has many, many meanings;
While English is very stupid;
The meaning of a word is limited;
You can refer to classical Chinese for this view;

English is phonetic, while Chinese characters are phonetic, pictographic, and ideographic;
It has enlightenment in pronunciation;
And according to the form, you can directly imagine the appearance of the objective existence;
But English lacks the corresponding connotation;
"Moon" has no relation to "月亮" (moon);
"Horse" has no visual connection to "马" (horse);
Very mechanical;
Chinese can express meaning;
Seeing the radical, you can understand the general meaning;
But "sleep" is what?
It's just a combination of letters;
Can't reflect the internal and essential connection of the objective reality;

English is just pinyin;
Chinese can be expressed in pinyin;
Chinese primary school students can all do pinyin;
So it shows how simple English is;
In fact, Chinese people can completely build the language on pinyin;
And pinyin is composed of initials and finals;
Can very simply combine to form the pronunciation of Chinese;
But English is as stupid as a fool;
A word needs many phonetic symbols;

Some people say Chinese is difficult to learn, write, and recognize;
So it should be changed to a phonetic script;
And English can be read and generally written;
So it's better than Chinese;
In fact, that's nonsense, being obsequious to foreign things;
Pinyin is China's phonetic script;
Much simpler than English;
Completely can be read and written;
But Chinese people only treat pinyin as a tool for learning characters;
As something trivial;
The purpose of language is to express thoughts and the objective world;
Not just some characters and sounds;
Reading and writing, in terms of expressing the world through language;
Only account for a very small part;
The important thing is the meaning of the language;
Is the ability of the language to express the world;
And Chinese is ten thousand times stronger than English in expressing form and meaning;
You can directly map part of the objective world from Chinese itself;
But English completely lacks this function;
English is just a coding of pronunciation;
While Chinese is a coding of sound, form, and meaning;
It's a three-dimensional coding;

When reading English, people often pay attention to the pronunciation;
And ignore the meaning;
Then retrieve the meaning from the sound;
This mapping between sound and meaning all relies on rote memorization;

Language reflects people's thinking;
People in English-speaking countries;
Are much simpler, rigid, and naive than Chinese people;
Their macro thinking ability is very bad;
Lack flexibility in handling things;
Do things in an extreme way;
At the same level as extreme Muslims;

Chinese character input is more troublesome than English;
This can only mean that computers are stupid, not that people are stupid;
After all, Chinese characters are encoded by sound, form, and meaning;
Current computers and programs aren't smart enough to perfectly handle Chinese characters;
Computers can handle English well;
It shows that the level of English is just the level of computers;
Computers can't handle Chinese well;
It shows that Chinese is rich and complex enough;
Is the advancement of Chinese also a mistake?

The world is changing and developing;
New concepts emerge in endlessly;
The way alphabetic scripts deal with it is just to coin words;
After thousands of years;
The overload will crush alphabetic scripts;
Only Chinese characters are preeminent in the whole world!

After reading the original poster's article, I was suddenly inspired, and it stirred up my patriotic feelings. I'll also add something, please excuse me.

Chinese characters have infinite potential:

Used Chinese characters:
Common characters: more than 100
Less common characters: about 3,000
Rare characters: about 4,000 (rarely used)
Dead characters: as many as 45,000 (not used now)

Unused Chinese characters:
Chinese characters composed according to the rules of Chinese character radicals: at least 6,000,000
Not following the rules of radical use: cannot be counted

These characters can form countless words, and each word can express a complete meaning, how many things can be described!

In addition, there are more than a dozen pinyin readings that have not been adopted, such as mia rua, etc.
In addition to the four tones (level tone, rising tone, falling-rising tone, falling tone), in ancient China, the entering tone was also used.

Let's take a look at English:
Now they have used words composed of 29 letters!
If this continues, people would have to talk for one or twenty hours when greeting each other.
No development potential at all

Is Chinese difficult to understand?
Chinese characters are mainly of two types:
Ideographic characters: such as 休 (who doesn't know, a person leaning against a tree is resting) - you can tell the meaning at a glance
Phonetic-loan characters: such as 肝 (月, actually meat, indicating body organ; 干, indicating reading gan) - you know the general meaning and also the rhyme

Chinese is like the C language, highly flexible

Personally, I think Chinese is like assembly language.
After all, Chinese is one of the few natural languages developed from pictographic characters
Instead of like English, which is composed of letters created subjectively by people: Latin

Finally, I boldly say: Chinese is the most beautiful language on the earth
Can foreign languages write couplets?
Can they write proverbs?
Can they write idiomatic expressions?
Can they write poems and lyrics?

Because Chinese is like C language and assembly, so it is more powerful and flexible than BASIC, but also more difficult to learn!
We Chinese don't think much of it, but foreigners will be confused at first glance!
Even for those of us who use Chinese as our mother tongue, when we first learn classical Chinese, it's just like learning a new language!
Some people say that Mandarin is the language that requires the most facial muscle movement when speaking in the world.
Personally, I think the Chinese characters are the most beautiful and artistic in the world! And English pronunciation is a little better than Chinese.

The reason why Chinese uses Chinese characters is related to the isolated language nature of the Chinese language itself.
Chinese is not as complicated as Western languages in terms of gender, number, case, tense and other changes, and there are no very obvious affixes. Each syllable in pronunciation is independent, and generally cannot be连读 between syllables. Therefore, it is more suitable to use Chinese characters.

Every country's language has its own advantages and disadvantages. It's better to be more objective when looking at problems!

Existence is reasonable. Chinese people certainly think China is good. Foreigners are still wondering why Chinese is so strange, and think that others' 26 letters are simple.

Whether it is "You can't see the true face of Mount Lu, just because you are in this mountain" or "When you reach the top and overlook all the mountains at a glance", these are not important. What is important is that this post can make us laugh; what is important is that no matter whether English is good or not, we must first learn our own Chinese well; especially importantly, no matter Chinese or English, what is most needed at present is that it can help us pick up beautiful girls.

Regarding 1, the 22nd of wife: Darling. I suspect it is directly transliterated from Darling. Foreigners should be able to get started quickly with this.

Regarding 2, I missed one that was most popular some time ago: ǒu
