I can't find that image browse/upload button. Didn't it say images can be uploaded?

You can open “Basic User Settings”; there are two buttons inside, “Browse Image” and “Upload”!

Oh, what I meant was uploading images when posting, not uploading my own avatar. Doesn't the content on the left here say “Upload images: available”?

There isn't one in “Quick Reply”, but there is in “Reply”.

There isn't one in Reply either. I'm an ordinary registered user. Moderator wengier, please log in with an ordinary account and take a look. But it clearly says next to it “Upload images: available”! What I'm using now is Reply, not Quick Reply.
