It occurred during the use of Windows, especially after having the RealPlayer Basic player. I tried to delete it from the Control Panel, but it didn't respond. Reinstalling it also didn't work. Thanks for your advice.

Uninstall this player. If it cannot be uninstalled, delete it manually, and then update the system registry. When updating the registry, be sure to select the backup from the day before the player was installed.
