The full version on this site, and then further processed, hehe
(2.2MB)Virtual PC 2004 5.3 SP1 English and Simplified Chinese compact version (including DOS shared module)
Actually it is Microsoft Virtual PC 2004 5.3.582 with SP1 applied, and it becomes 5.3.582.27
It contains network card and sound card drivers, so you will no longer have problems with file sharing, and it can make sounds
Extract to a folder, first run, execute install.bat, wait for a while and it's OK.
Language modification: After starting Microsoft Virtual PC 2004, find Language under the "file" menu's "options", and you can change the language on the right. (Language modification requires restarting the program)
Batch processing is automatically set for XP/2003 systems only,
_______________________________________________________________
It can also be used on 2000 systems. The main reason is that the SC command in the batch processing is not available in 2K, and I haven't looked for it.
If it is a 2000 system, it may be due to insufficient permissions,
You can first set the permissions of HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Enum\Root\SYSTEM to be readable and writable by yourself, then import it, and then run INSTALL.BAT
________________________________________________________________
There is a shared network card in this virtual machine! It is in the properties when you create a machine.
Now installation and uninstallation are perfect, and there will be no yellow exclamation marks in the device manager.
A new DOS file sharing module is added (if there is a network card under Windows, you don't need it), only the one under DOS is left.
Usage method: (This is the operation in the original version, not defined by me)
Extract Virtual Machine Additions.rar to the Virtual PC directory (if there is a full version before, note that it may be overwritten)
Start your virtual machine, enter DOS, load the CD-ROM. Then in the "Actions" menu, load the module, and it will automatically load VMAdditions.iso in the Virtual Machine Additions directory. Enter the CD-ROM, and execute fshare.exe under DOS.
Minimize this virtual machine (don't close it), then "Settings" this virtual machine, set the path of the host machine you want to share in the "Shared Folders" option,
Then return to this virtual machine, enter drive Z to see the files you shared.
In five packages. :)
