Hi, the younger brother is making a plan for multiple computers to use CD-ROM boot simultaneously to access the server shared folder. Originally, TCP/IP DHCP was used, but the floppy disk simulated in the CD-ROM cannot be written, and DOS NET needs to update the NET\DCHP file, so it is not convenient to use DHCP. Therefore, I want to use only NETBEUI to access the file sharing of the MS network, but the host names configured in each boot disk are the same. Will there be a problem with NETBEUI when multiple computers access the share simultaneously? Thanks

If it is just the client, not the server, then it should be okay. But if the same hostname is used for the server, it is obviously not okay.
