This is a Chinese text table processing program. Teacher Mo combined it with edit2 into the best Chinese-localization tool set under DOS.

EDIT2 is responsible for extracting and writing back TXT text information from executable files. Every line of the information it extracts has Chinese table-line symbols on both sides.
ED (taken from CCDOS97) is used to modify the TXT text. Editing with table-line locking enabled can ensure that the length of the modified Chinese text will not exceed the length of the original English text, so it is very safe.
Of course, software such as CCED and CXED that supports table-line protection can also be used, because EDIT2 was developed with coordination with CCED in mind. But since ED is only a single file, operates like CCED, and unlike CCED has no restrictions, ED is recommended.
