I want to disable the network card and enable the network card. How should I use this little program?

I downloaded this software, where should I extract it to?

How should I use it?

The NIC I use is NVIDIAA nforce Networking Controller

In an article on this site I saw that devcon find is used to check my NIC's ID. But how do I check it?

Create a new bat and type in this command? If I just double-click it, everything flashes past. I can't check it at all.

So how should I check it?

Add a "pause" on a new line, or open the "command prompt" and type it in there

The dencon file can be placed anywhere, or it can be placed in the system folder.
When you put it somewhere else, when you run it you have to specify that folder to run it from.
If you put it in the system folder, then you don't need to specify the location.

To view the NIC, you need to type devcon find pci\*
Then it will display the following information:
PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8139&SUBSYS_80B31043&REV_10\3&1E3AE4CB&0&18F0: Realtek RTL8139 Family PCI Fast Ethernet NIC #2
PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_8139&SUBSYS_813910EC&REV_10\3&1E3AE4CB&0&28F0: Realtek RTL8139 Family PCI Fast Ethernet NIC

The part after the colon is the NIC name, and the part before it is the physical name.
