I didn't understand what it means :)
You can know a set of port usage specifications defined by default in the WINDOWS system, that is, which port is generally used for which kind of service.
There is it on your hard disk :)
C:\>ver
Microsoft Windows [Version 5.2.3790]
C:\>notepad %SystemRoot%\system32\drivers\etc\services
The services file is the explanation of that definition

NETSTAT.EXE /?
You can get its help. It is to see which ports on the local machine are in use and other information related to ports and IP series.
