What you probably use most often is Niu Yunfei's Chinese-localized Fdisk for Win98!
But did you know that the Fdisk under Win98 can be used only on hard disks below 80G at most,
and it can do nothing with hard disks over 80G. But hard disks over 80G are everywhere now,
so what should you do? Just use this one! Open attachment

DOS7 supports up to 60G at most, not below 80G, right! Besides that, SPFDISK and Free FDISK also support large hard disks of over 100G.
