There is a very good TUI framework in BC: TurboVision, but it seems to be omitted in TC~

There is a book titled "Borland C++ Object-Oriented Programming Development Tools" published by Nanjing University, which introduces how to use TurboVision. You can inquire at Nanjing University Press to see if they have it. That book is quite old.

There is a GNU version here:
