- Updated QDMA with Sector Caching and no overlap minimized to under 3K bytes for most DOS users! Caching makes overlap mostly OBSOLETE!
/D switch deleted; dual buffers now used only if overlap is needed.

1) QDMA, when using "Sector Caching" and not using "output overlap", has been further reduced in size to 3K. "Sector Caching" is as efficient as Smartdrv, Norton Cache, Cache2, etc. (Read cache), and its advantages are even greater than using "output overlap"

2) /D has been removed. The dual buffer will only be activated when using output overlap (saves even more XMS!)
