Also, just change the file extension to .exe and it can be used. For the Chinese-language platform, it's best to use tw.

Thanks for your software, but yours is outdated! Yours is the earliest RAR, and the current RARs are encoded with WinRAR 3.0! So yours simply can't extract new *.rar files at all! For PC I recommend the DC from the programming world!

This one is for compressing; for extracting you can use unrar. It's in Chinese, very easy to use. Once you run it in DOS, you'll understand.
