Asking各位,有什么办法能知道旧机器上是什么网卡,然后安装驱动呢?
这台电脑是惠普的 HP Vectra VL 序列号 P/N FR91919912 产品编号 S/N D7850ß60101 Thanks for your advice. |

You can use system detection software, such as HWINFO, etc., to display the system configuration, including the network card.

I used HWINFO but still couldn't find out what the network card is. Please give further instructions. Thanks

Enter in the "Bus type" option, then select PCI (if the computer is old, you can choose ISA), and then the device with the words like "... Ethernet Adapter" is the model of the network card.

I have installed the driver. But why is there no NETSHARE file in my computer, and I can't achieve file sharing.

The file NETSHARE can be found in the MSClient 3.0 stripped-down version I uploaded in another post in this section today.

Net share is okay, but the networking between 2 PCs cannot be carried out.
net view gives an error message: Error 6118: The list of servers for this workgroup is not currently available net use d: \\L001\test gives Error 53: The computer name specified in the network path cannot be located. I have set the same workgroup name for both PCs, and net start server has also been run. Please ask the webmaster for guidance, thanks |

Are you sure that all computer names have been set up correctly and entered correctly? If it still doesn't work, you can test it yourself with that MSClient simplified version.
