What version of DOS do you want? Does it run on the Win98 platform? What exactly does "change the display screen" mean? Does it mean changing the size, color, or something else?

If you want to develop a DOS system under Windows, I don't think anyone can help at present. If you want to use a DOS system under Windows, it's best to install a virtual machine software. VMware or VPC can both be used. Note that both of these software must be used in systems above Windows NT (Windows 2000). In the virtual machine, you can be like using a new computer, and you can install as pure a DOS as you want.

Me used to be a Windows for DOS. After 2000, the NT kernel is not DOS, and the command prompt in XP is emulated.
