I used to buy a WINME installation CD from the pirated software market. It said it could boot from the CD. Indeed, when I installed WINME, the CD booted and I came to the DOS interface. I checked and it was a lower - version DOS system. I heard that MS DOS 7.1 has good compatibility in some aspects. I want to ask some expert, how can I "install" the MS DOS 7.1 system into the CD (I don't mean to burn its installation program onto the CD). Just like the WINME installation CD mentioned before, when I set the CMOS to boot from the CD, the CD can directly boot to the MS DOS 7.1 system prompt? Is there any expert who can help the newbie? The newbie is very grateful!!!

I saw the search results. Since I'm relatively unfamiliar with burning bootable CDs, after taking a look, I generally understand a bit. I hope the experts continue to give pointers to the newbie:
The DOS in the situation I mentioned in the previous post exists in the form of a virtual floppy disk in the CD. To burn such a disc, the IMG file must be burned into the CD image area. I found an IMG file that combines two floppy disks in the sticky post. If I download it and burn it into the CD image area, can I achieve booting to DOS?
Also, I don't understand how to use the ISO file below?
Hope the moderator gives guidance~~~!

You must first make a bootable ISO file and then burn the ISO file to a disc!
