Just made it casually, the effect isn't very good, but let's post it for now. However, the introduction to commands inside is very detailed and the examples are also good. It's much better than $M's. Hope everyone likes it, but it's hard for those with poor English.

The help from the owner is downloaded from ss64.com and then recreated. There are many differences in content compared to ntcmds.chm, mainly adding instructions for the Resource Kit.

The creation of the help needs improvement. It is best to provide an index page and the navigation function within the pages.
