After booting from the CD, a menu appears:

1. Boot the system from the hard disk.
2. Enter DOS command mode.

(Back in college, it was very easy to make this kind of menu with batch files. I haven't touched it for several years, and now I've forgotten everything.)

This is not a batch command. This is a menu in config.sys.

If you want a Chinese menu, I'm afraid you'll need to make some special settings, for example: use the Chinese edition of grub, the Chinese edition of diskemu.
