My laptop doesn't have a CD-ROM drive! I borrowed a USB CD-ROM drive from a friend! I'm getting ready to reinstall XP! But the computer won't recognize the CD-ROM drive. I hope all you experts can tell me a method! In detail! Because I'm a real newbie! Thanks

config.sys DEVICE=DOS\USBASPI.SYS DEVICE=DOS\USBCD.SYS /D:USB-CD autoexec.bat SHSUCDX.EXE /D:?USB-CD Search this forum for these 3 files
