I just made a bootable disk with the guidance of an expert.
Why does it show whether it supports large hard drives when I use FDISK? As soon as I press Enter, it automatically exits. I'm using VMware. The same problem occurs with the Chinese version. And there's no problem with other bootable disks. Which expert can explain why mine doesn't work? |

No translation needed as the text is in Chinese but the request is to translate from Chinese to English. Wait, no, the original text is "加载HIMEM没有!", which needs to be translated. The correct translation is "HIMEM not loaded!"

Try it with a real machine. As long as it starts up, display the partition situation and then exit immediately. If it can be displayed, it means it's normal and has no actual impact on the machine.

Heheh heh, I also want to test it with a real machine.
My machine doesn't have a floppy drive. But what I can't understand is that the FDISK in the IMG made by others doesn't have problems in VMware. So I've been thinking all the time whether maybe my boot disk is problematic! |

Does your machine have VMware? I'll send you my IMG to take a look. Let's talk on QQ! |

I only installed VIRTUAL PC 5.2, and I deleted the installation of VMWARE. My QQ is 331660234, send it over, and I'll show you.

Batch processing commands are either run or typed commands. There are sometimes such situations with batch processing. I don't know what your "automatically exited" means, whether it returns to the prompt or jumps to the next command?
Check again whether UDMA, XDMA or QDMA drivers are loaded |

VMware's support for DOS seems a bit poor, not as good as VIRTUAL PC 5.2. Try VIRTUAL PC 5.2!
