You can do it even without a Chinese character support system; under VC file manager you can still copy files just fine.

Thanks first. I've been rather busy lately, only getting online now.

xcopy is easy to use. But I don't want to copy everything like that. Is there a way to remove the garbled stuff first, and then choose the valuable ones to copy? Thanks!。

Download an enhanced doskey, then just press Tab a few times, it's the same as XP's cmd and Linux

I tried it for a whole noon, got something like "Technology Co., Ltd." Can you give some more specific guidance? Thanks!
