As was said before, this thing simply doesn't exist at all. PC-DOS 7.1 only has a boot disk, that's all.

Oh, it seems even the PC-DOS 7.10 boot disk is very hard to download. Thanks, Wengier. Last night I searched English websites too and could only find the installation disks for PC-DOS 7.01.
