net.exe cannot run under DOS; it is a Windows program!

You need to run MSClient to use the net command. A DOS boot disk with network functionality can achieve this.

Net View is an external command, not an internal command, so it cannot be used. Please confirm that the Net.EXE file is in the path you are executing.
