Repeating posts may sometimes occur because of slow network. After submission, prompts like "The page cannot be displayed" may appear, and people may mistakenly think it wasn't successful and then go back to repost. This is common in dial-up internet access. Since using broadband, there has been no such phenomenon. Should we add another regulation to restrict spamming?
