Open the hosts file in C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc with the attached Notepad, and add a line "58.215.64.130 www.cn-dos.net China DOS Union". 58.215.64.130 is the IP address of China DOS Union. This is equivalent to doing DNS resolution for yourself. When IE accesses externally, it first checks the IP address mapping from the hosts file for DNS resolution.

As mentioned above by willsort and weilong888, modifying the hosts file can sometimes solve many problems. Why not start a special thread to promote this method?

Then to disable a certain website, you can add:
192.168.0.0 website
