This program is a calculator for calculating functions. It opens and runs in the DOS interface. A friend can use it on Win2000, but I can't get it to work on either Win2000 or XP. Asking an expert to help me take a look; thanks in advance.

I just took a look and found that those two EXE files are actually both text files, so of course they can't run..

Just rename MSINET.OCX to msinet.exe and it will run. Username 111, password blank

Thanks, I followed your advice and changed it, but it says it's not a valid win32 program.

It's not for attacks, this thing is a calculator for a certain game character's attribute points
