The laptop has a built-in floppy drive, but no CD-ROM drive. The laptop hard disk has been formatted, and I'm getting ready to reinstall the system. I used the drivers from here, but still can't access the USB CD-ROM drive. Please, experts, help me out. Or if there's any other good way, please help me think of one.

Mainly, DOS just can't find the USB device. I changed config.sys several times and it still doesn't work. It always shows no device found.

The loading order is reversed.
It should be changed to:
DEVICE=DUSE.EXE
DEVICE=USBASPI.SYS
DEVICE=USBCD.SYS
It must be in the above order, remember that!
