DOS has played a quite important role in the development of operating systems; this cannot be ignored, and its own characteristics are obvious to all. At the same time, today, when large numbers of people are using WINDOWS XP, it is not hard for us to see the advantages of NTFS partitions, but DOS does not support this kind of partition, so once separated from the WINDOWS system it becomes quite difficult to maintain them. Although there is now software such as NTFSDOS, when it comes to deleting files and formatting partitions it still seems somewhat inadequate. Let me make a bold assumption: if DOS could support NTFS partitions, and were also small in size (around 10 MB), that would be quite convenient. You should know that the command line has already won people's hearts.
The above is only my personal view; criticism and corrections are welcome.

GDISK, this DOS command-line tool, supports all kinds of FAT/NTFS partitions, and its functions are also very powerful and practical; partitioning and formatting are no problem for it.

The Recovery Console fits exactly what the OP wants.

Nowadays NTFS drivers such as IFS have no problem deleting files. There are even more partitioning and formatting tools, such as PQ Magic, GDisk, PM, and so on.

PS: This thread seems to have been posted in the wrong section, hehe
