Using DLINK530 or RTL8139, using CLIENT3.0, why can't connect to the internet? Can't install the network card driver. How should the driver be edited? Please help!

Under DOS, the 8139 cannot set the IP when installing Microsoft Client 3.0 (at least on my motherboard). When the ID address is set, the system freezes when booting to bind the IP. When the IP is not set, both ARACHNE and LYNX can connect to the network normally.

Arachne and lynx connect to the network without going through the ms client.
