I'm on a Win2k system and want to write a batch file to automatically run the registry file I edited, without popping up a "Yes"/"No" dialog box. Could the experts please help? Thanks, waiting online for an answer.

The title doesn't match the content. What you mean should be importing a registry file under Win2k, right? Use regedit /s xx.reg.
