The latest version of DEVLOAD is Eric's 3.16 and Erwin's modified 3.16a version on this basis.
Version 3.16a:

Except for LOADSYS and ADDEV/DELDEV, other similar programs (including DEVLOAD) cannot achieve uninstallation.

It seems that Erwin only removed the header displayed when devload loads the driver, and there are no other differences..
