Welcome to the world of English version of WIN99.

This is fake. Someone made some string modifications to the first version of Windows 98 to make this. I saw this thing as early as 1999.

Oh, Microsoft might integrate Magic Partition in Windows? There were downloads of Vista 5365 version on eMule a few months ago (actually it's a Linux system)

Look at that OE icon, it should be that the IE version has been updated... This is no different from the so-called "Windows 98 Third Edition" in China.

If that's the case, you can even remove IE from Win98SE and make it into a so-called "Win95 OSR3" that better supports USB and some WDM models!
