How can I copy files with Chinese names under DOS? I remember you could write a batch file for it, but I can’t recall it now. I’m a complete newbie. Please give me some pointers :P

The moderator really is an expert. I’m ashamed that I can’t compare, amazing, using only internal commands.
Something that can be done with just io.sys and command.com, and I had to add an extra edit.exe
Go ahead and post the later answer too, so we can learn from it.
