The easiest way is to modify the corresponding string in REGEDIT.exe

The method in post #4 is actually pretty ridiculous.
The principle is roughly just to modify regedit.exe so that it can't be used normally, that's all.
If you use that kind of method, it's better to just delete regedit.exe directly, or simply use some tool that can modify exe files and mess it up completely.
That kind of method can only stop people from using regedit.exe to modify the registry, but it cannot prevent modification through scripts such as inf, reg, vbs, and so on.
