1 Recently, a strange problem has occurred on my machine: The long filenames that are deleted are displayed as 8.3 format short filenames in the Recycle Bin, while the files are displayed normally when not deleted! I wonder if there is damage to the system files or a problem with the registry, which aspect is having an issue???
2 May I ask why some machines can display multiple shortcut icons in the Quick Launch bar while others show a few and then an arrow indicates, how to change this problem???

First, empty the recycle bin. If that doesn't work, try deleting the Recycled directory entirely.
