The latest version, optimized the code, greatly reduced the memory usage. The 1.4(1.6) version even occupies more than 200KB of memory, and the 1.8 version only occupies about 100KB of memory. And it can intelligently use UMB. This version is modified by me based on the previous cracking. It has been tested and used normally. I hope everyone will try it more. If there are any problems, please give feedback.

Why does it show 1.4? The original version is also like this.

It has been confirmed that it is not a software issue

Tested, I can delete files here
But it can be certain that there is a bug in deleting files
This software is only for emergency use, and try to avoid using it for normal operations

You can take a look at this post, which provides multiple software for accessing NTFS partitions under DOS, each with its own advantages and disadvantages, and you can use it as needed.

http://www.cn-dos.net/forum/viewthread.php?tid=17038&fpage=1&highlig ... I prefer IFS, which directly supports long file names and can support more partition types. But it still cannot recognize Chinese. Ntfspro has basically been abandoned. [ Last edited by llm on 2006-3-29 at 17:02 ]

Only omnifs supports Chinese file names for NTFS, but it can only be operated for reading and writing using command lines or scripts, and cannot be mounted as a drive letter under DOS. Since omnifs and Ghost 8.x use the same core, the reading and writing speed is very fast.

Have you tried reading NTFS on external hard drives via USB or 1394 interfaces?
If the Chinese long filenames on NTFS partitions of external hard drives via USB or 1394 interfaces can be supported
then there will be no more desires, heh heh

May I ask the moderator what does "It has been confirmed that it is not a software issue" mean? Can you explain this sentence of yours?
What exactly is this software version you provided, 1.4 or 1.8?

I discussed the problem Rock2000 encountered with him
It has nothing to do with the software, so it has been confirmed that it is not a software issue
The software is 1.8, no doubt

Where is it? The 1.6 is only about 10K more than 1.8.

Are you using a FreeDOS boot disk? If not, can you upload the command.com from the boot disk? Thanks!
