It's the reward, penalty, and promotion system for moderators. The total number of posts will not be used as the measuring standard; instead, the popularity of posts will be one of the evaluation criteria. Please talk more about your own views.

I think this forum has a lot of moderators, but very few of them come up to the forum often like Wengier does, so login frequency should be considered. Moderators should come to this forum and take a look every two days.

I agree, but it shouldn't only apply to moderators; other users should also have rewards.

We could introduce a rank-point system like in Go. Based on the number of posts and the popularity rating of those posts【including all users】, once someone reaches a certain rank score, they can be promoted to moderator and so on, while moderators whose rank score is not high enough can be demoted. Also, those with special contributions can be evaluated by a moderators' meeting and awarded a certain number of rank points, to be added cumulatively. Moderators' meetings should be held regularly.

Would that be good? The moderators of our forum and the moderators of the "Single Fishing Forum" can hold meetings at the same time. I've already attended two formal moderators' meetings of the Single Fishing Forum (actually they've only had two formal meetings total).

You can set it in advance. Generally the meeting is set for Sunday night at 9:00 (China/Hong Kong/Taiwan time), once or twice a month.
