Can files completely deleted by the system be recovered in DOS, and how? Asking all the experts for advice! Please give examples!

Please note that when describing your problem, you should make it as concise and complete as possible. From your description, I can't tell what kind of system you mean by your “system completely deleted,” nor what kind of complete deletion.

If you mean deleting from the Recycle Bin under Windows, then I suggest you use existing Windows software, such as FinalData and the like; they already do this quite well. Don't try DOS operations instead—that would be complicated and dangerous. If you want to practice your DOS skills, you can search past posts on the forum; there have been some very valuable discussions.
