Before posting just now, I specifically searched for Virtual Floppy Drive first, and the result was no hit. So is my this post not violating any rules? I can't be sure : )

I don't know if everyone has collected it. For those without a floppy drive, it can virtually generate 2 floppy drives
(It can also, like vloopy, load an image file into the generated floppy drive)

I tried it, it's quite interesting stuff, but I find it not very useful. Maybe it's because I haven't used floppy drives for two years If you want to make a floppy disk image, you can just use WinImage to make it.

The 1.0 version of this software can only simulate one floppy drive, but compared with 2.0/2.1, the operation is more concise.

Generally use "RAMDISK NT 1.5"

The virtual floppy is essentially different from the ramdisk. The ramdisk places the floppy image in memory and saves it when exiting finally. While the virtual floppy is similar to a virtual CD drive, directly mounting an image file as a drive letter, and reading and writing are directly performed on the image file.

Still 1.0 is better. It can be used without installation. Although it's not as complete as 2.0, the size is smaller, 1.68M/1.72M format.

Except for booting from a floppy (does vfd support booting from a floppy), isn't it all solved by extracting with winimage?
