Moderators, I think the forum's private message function often fails, so whenever I want to send or receive private messages I can't use it. Could this problem be fixed?? Sorry to trouble all the moderators, thanks!!

What error does it show when you send a private message?

After I finish typing the private message content and press the send button, the forum gives me an error saying I am not logged in, but I clearly am logged in!! This problem happens very often, so I wonder if it can be fixed??

There should be some prompt information above the login prompt too, right? For example, a message saying the private message content exceeded the size limit or something like that.

Possible reasons for the error:
Have you carefully read the help file? Perhaps you are not logged in yet, or you do not have permission to use the current function. The content is limited to at most 300 characters. |
