To unpack an ISO archive, you need to use WinRAR or another ISO tool under Windows. You can also directly use LoadISO under DOS to emulate the ISO image as a CD-ROM drive, and then access the files inside. As for whether the system can be installed directly with winnt, that can only be known through actual testing, so it is not recommended for now.
